Brickell Wallstreet Real Estate respects the privacy of individuals applying for employment or independent contractor opportunities, and limits use of recruiting information to the hiring process.

This notice applies to individuals who apply for employment or independent contractor opportunities with Brickell Wallstreet Real Estate, including candidates referred to us or sourced through recruiting partners.

  • Resume, work history, education, licenses and certifications.
  • Application responses, interview notes and assessment results.
  • Information from references and permitted background checks.
  • Work-authorization details required by law.

03How applicant information is used

  • Evaluate qualifications for the role you applied to and similar openings.
  • Communicate with you about scheduling, status and offers.
  • Conduct permitted background or reference reviews.
  • Comply with applicable employment and recordkeeping requirements.

04Sharing of applicant information

Applicant information is shared only with hiring managers, interviewers and service providers involved in recruiting, and with authorities where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell applicant information.

05Retention

Applications are retained for the period required by applicable law and for a reasonable time afterwards so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to remove your record.

06Security and access

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect applicant information and limit access to individuals involved in the recruiting and hiring process.

07Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your applicant record. Requests can be submitted through the Help page and will be handled as required by applicable law.
